I enjoyed FarCry 3 a lot, after that Ubisoft kinda went to poop for me, always wanted them to have another and more serious go at the Silent Hunter series but that's niche so no big money, never going to happen sadly, everything after FC3 was just reskinning the same thing over and over again, like @Dicehunter also said Avatar to me just looked like purple FarCry.....

No one takes risks now, no one is willing to take a serious punt at something original, at least not the traditional AAA studios, i do like some of what's coming out of the smaller studios and independents tho.

How was it meant to change in 1 year ffs :p Won't change at the very least until next gen cards when you upgrade.

You can't even test it now with your old gen card :cry:
 
Next gen cards won't need MFG anyway what with being even more powerful, I only use 2x FG in path traced games as that's needed to hit my nominal 100fps, that hasn't change nor will change as I don't care for more fps in single player games, just like before.

I don't know where all this speculation comes from, my preferences have always been consistent in this area lol.

You like new tech and you also have a 240hz monitor. By then you may have a 300+ have one. Trust me, when the option is there and it feels smoother, you will use it. Maybe just don't mention it here though ;)
