No, I only use them for fans because I hate self-tapping screws.
It happens, I'd go the quick-fix route with a couple of screws and hexnuts as it'll give you the support you want/need for the GPU in the short term and see how you feel once the fix is in place.
You could probably pick what you need up from a hardware shop for literal pennies.

I didnt see those measures in Chile
They probably have a different naming scheme or measurement system, you should be able to translate it via Google.
"In Chile, #6-32 screws are typically referred to as tornillos de máquina 6-32 UNC or simply tornillos #6-32."
Not sure how accurate that is as it's pulled from a quick search.
Regardless, they're roughly 3.5mm with a 0.79mm thread.

You should easily be able to get the stuff Gray kindly posted on the other site for like everyone else has said, literally pennies.
Then go find yourself a video where someone has done it, they'll be out there. You'll be pretty happy with yourself when you see how easy it is and get it done.

i know how to do it, but , like i said, its very hard to find those measures in my contry lol. I spend a lot of my day searching in local stores and big stores
It doesn't matter exactly what screws they are because you're not screwing them into an existing thread. They just have to be small enough to fit through the hole and long enough to get a nut on the other side.

Some 5090's are very, very heavy and with a market flooded by cheap Chinese materials I'd err on the side of caution here, you do not want to risk the card drooping even by tiny margins.
I've seen some slim/cheap screws snap with very little force unfortunately, you also want to avoid rattling/noise which a non firm screw is going to potentially result in even with a nut on the end.

In that case, re-tap the holes to M4.
With some of the cards we've seen that's not necessarily a bad idea in general tbh, you're looking at 2.5-3kg on cheap often malleable brackets in cases, the things actually come with wee' props for their arses to avoid droop.
I don't think the OP has that level of ability, which is not a negative to them as frankly most do not.

M4 will not fit the holes unless you modify them with some sort of drill, they've a thicker diameter.
Edit: If you've already messed up a hole you could potentially fit one in by (possible) force and add a hexnut to the other end and it'll offer more support.
