yeah..i need something like that, or buy another case..Most PCI brackets are tooled for #6-32 screws.
You can get "PC Screw Kits" for a fiver with a bunch of different options in them.
Edit: You'll want some 6-32 screws and hex nuts, see here for the nuts:
did you have the same issue?Normally you'd have to buy a pack of a few sizes anyway, at least that's how it was when I got mine.
No, I only use them for fans because I hate self-tapping screws.did you have the same issue?
yeah..i need something like that, or buy another case..
Im very angry at myself lol
yeah..the problem its that im from chile, and the only way to buy those products its amazonIt happens, I'd go the quick-fix route with a couple of screws and hexnuts as it'll give you the support you want/need for the GPU in the short term and see how you feel once the fix is in place.
You could probably pick what you need up from a hardware shop for literal pennies.

I didnt see those measures in Chile
You should easily be able to get the stuff Gray kindly posted on the other site for like everyone else has said, literally pennies.yeah..the problem its that im from chile, and the only way to buy those products its amazon

i know how to do it, but , like i said, its very hard to find those measures in my contry lol. I spend a lot of my day searching in local stores and big storesYou should easily be able to get the stuff Gray kindly posted on the other site for like everyone else has said, literally pennies.
Then go find yourself a video where someone has done it, they'll be out there. You'll be pretty happy with yourself when you see how easy it is and get it done.
It doesn't matter exactly what screws they are because you're not screwing them into an existing thread. They just have to be small enough to fit through the hole and long enough to get a nut on the other side.
Try looking for M3 screws, they might be easier to find.
In that case, re-tap the holes to M4.![]()
i bought a set of m4 screws. It is safe ro try?
yeah, i think that could be a temporary solutionM4 will not fit the holes unless you modify them with some sort of drill, they've a thicker diameter.
Edit: If you've already messed up a hole you could potentially fit one in by (possible) force and add a hexnut to the other end and it'll offer more support.
i dont know, i dont want to damage the gpu by the pressure of the screws, so im going to buy a new case
That's exactly it, the GPU was very expensive (in Chile it's at least 50% more expensive than in the US and Europe), so I don't want to risk anything, haha, but I understand the point. I'll try all the solutions before buying a new case. You're not going to damage your GPU via pressure by attaching it to a PCI bracket shy of going insane with an ungodly poor case, and even then.
I realise it's a very expensive purchase and you're on edge, but good lord man if you can afford it you need to have a little more self engagement with the issue, it's an easily resolved problem.
