I don't think so. The entire game is in the Helius cluster from what I can gather. That cluster is probably going to be the same as the Milky Way map in the first Mass Effect games. I think there are 100 planets or something that you can scan for resources. I'd bet on them saving other parts of Andromeda for the sequels. :D

How about Witcher 3 sized world on every major planet.

The delay of the multiplayer at this stage make me wonder how polished the singleplayer is. I think I'll play it safe and wait for player-reviews first!

"Nvidia also went back over the official PC hardware specs for Andromeda. The minimum spec (for 720p resolution) requires an Intel Core i5-3570 or AMD FX 6350 processor alongside 8GB of system RAM, and a GeForce GTX 660 graphics card (or Radeon 7850).
As for the recommended spec (for 1080p play), that insists on an Intel Core i7-4790 or AMD FX 8350 processor, 16GB of system RAM, and at least a GeForce GTX 1060 3GB or GeForce GTX 970 (or RX 480 on the AMD side)."

Hm, looks like Ill need to upgrade my work machine gpu wise for 4k :/

Dunno what to think about those system requirements. My 3570k and 970 does put me on the low end of those specs but in reality I imagine I will be able to run high settings at my native resolution of 1200p.

I am getting hungry for an upgrade but we'll see.

Excellent, It's good to know what type of milk, cheese etc each race will like ahead of time.

Im thinking about getting this for the PC rather than console.

What I'd like to know is what is what controller I could use?

Fully expect that the Xbox one controller as a minimum would work no issue. Thing works with most games in general pretty well either way.
