A topless youth pool party for LGBT and allies for people aged 12-24... WTF??? So they wanted to have some guys and girls in their 20s at a party with topless underaged girls and no parents/guardians allowed... best not oppose it though or you're 'phobic.

This gets weirder and weirder, turns out the trans person is seriously odd beyond the activism/shaving of balls - apparently to confuse matters even more she kept a male name and picture on social media when contacting these salon owners, seems to have harassed them and has seemingly managed to get some to settle with her as they didn't want to go to court. Also seems to have a thing for sanitary products and young girls! This person seems like a full on nonce, doesn't seem to like immigrants either!

This literally seems to be the "mythical" trans predator that various TERFs have been worried about with regards to wanting to exclude trans people from women's prisons, women refuges etc..etc..

Actually, the law (at least in our country) almost always takes in to account context otherwise we might as well just make Police the CPS, judge and jury as well.

Sorry Vince you are clueless here...

Sally Challen didn't get her murder conviction reduced to manslaughter because of the sort of context you might suggest but because the appeal heard evidence that she was suffering from an undisclosed mental health issue at the time of the murder which allowed her to use the partial defence against murder based on this which if successful reduces the murder charge to a manslaughter one.

( by the way this wasn't about a defence of coercive control as the media incorrectly reported)

Sally Challen's appeal used the wording of the law itself it didn't rely on some further reading of the 'context'

Partial defences, are different to complete defences, such as self-defence, as they bear all the ingredients of murder but if successfully argued, reduce the offence to an act of voluntary manslaughter not murder. They are: diminished responsibility, loss of control and killing in pursuance of a suicide pact.

(2)In section 6 of the Criminal Procedure (Insanity) Act 1964 (c. 84) (evidence by prosecution of insanity or diminished responsibility), in paragraph (b) for “mind” substitute “ mental functioning ”.

So - Shortened version of story

Some weirdy internet bottom dweller has decided to become a "transgender woman" (with no operation) so he can visit women, in their own homes and get his balls shaved. If/when they refuse he gets in to a huff and tries to make money from suing them. The women are predominately migrants, and he/she has previously shown Trump levels of racism towards migrants.

He also is trying to use this transgender status to perv on women.
