Humble Choice

If it's souls like does that mean it's too difficult for someone who struggles with hard games? I realise this maybe a stupid self answering question....
I found dark souls too hard, and titan souls too. But I've played Remnant 1 and enjoyed it, played some of Remnant 2 in co-op and enjoyed it. Do I die? Yep, but there are parts where I've been the last one up and had to fight my way through stuff to revive the others and done it.
If you've ever been claiming the games on epic, see if you've got the first on there.

Which games are those, if you don't mind me asking ?
Remnant 2 - I always liked the look of because of the setting and the Looter-Shooter / Co-Op elements that I will play with my son. Not really played anything as good as Bordlerlands 2 with my lad (a couple of years ago), and I appreciate this is not like it at all apart from the Looter-Shooter / Co-Op elements but I really like the look of it and a lot of the Steam reviews suggest that it's top level entertainment in Co-Op (now to find another key if we like it after this weekend...).
Persona 5 Strikers - I wanted to to buy 4/5 recently but know they are massive time sinks. This one is more action oriented and much more accessible (for me, not played turned based stuff since the SNES days. Looking forward to seeing what it's all about).
Dome Keeper - Much more what I tend to play these days. One of my Steam friends who's judgement I trust (3000 game account) absolutely raved about it. He's one of those that the reviews tend to fall into my tastes so if he rates something massivly then I will take notice.
Justant - This was on my wish-list. It's one of those I can stick on my new 4K screen (telly) and sit back with a pad with.

Also the others look half decent but don't know much about them.

For £8.99, as mentioned, it's worked out well for me.

First month in a while that I've been disappointed

I'll get the bundle anyway as I'm on the £5.99 deal. But I'll probably only keep Jusant, Station to Station, and maybe P5S & Dome Keeper.

Not heard of the Warhammer one, but defo not interested in the rest.

For someone who generally keeps up to date with this stuff, I have no idea how you have managed to not hear of Darktide lol.
But yeah not anything there that makes me want to sub for another month. Persona is too childish (great music though) and I hate kids/teens/highschool settings.

I went of Warhammer from like 15 years ago or something. Not sure why, but kind of ignored them. But want to get back into them soon.

Kind of like Sonic games. Loved them as a kid. Then went right off them, while still enjoying Mario games. Going to try out the latest Sonic once it drops in price I think. Probably in 6-12 months time.

It's on gamepass if you have that.

IMO, it's Vermintide 2 but with better ranged combat, worse on everything else (but not massively e.g. if V2 was a 9/10, Darktide would be 8/10) and 40k setting instead of fantasy. IMO definitly worth £9.

Unless you're a heretic..........
Should add, it's a co-op shooter, so play with randos or friends. Not sure you can even play with bots like in V2, not that I would.

Decent month.
Darktide is a great game if you like the 40k universe, and like Left 4 Dead style gameplay with a 40k lean. It gets the 'vibe' extremely well and excellent soundtrack, plus Fatshark are still adding to it now, which makes up a bit for the rough launch.

Cassette Beasts on this month is an excellent little Pokemon-like RPG, and well worth a play also!

Spent a lot of time on both of these on Gamepass, and the wife had wanted to add them to her Steam at some point for 'permanence', so this turned out really nicely.

Soundtrack is fantastic, couldn't agree more.

Forgot this refreshed today. Nearly bought the special annual offer but todays offerings are nothing to write home about.
Yeh I normally find something of interest but this being the last bundle of the year, I found it really disappointing. Didn't even post up an image of it.
