    Pre-prepared garlic... options?

...keep some in the freezer for really quick, minimum effort currys. I either prepare it myself, or I buy the Taj brand frozen garlic (and / or Ginger). As long as you're careful, it's easy enough to cut one of the frozen cubes in half if you want to. I find that the jarred stuff and and dried...

...Gravy Recipe and a Chilli Chicken Garlic Recipe, Curry came out “Ok” but I think user error on my end meant I potentially burnt the Garlic, Ginger and Spices. All BIR Curries are cooked on super high heat usually at certain stages but I had it too hot with lack of technique. I have improved...

    Pre-prepared garlic... options?

This is the way. You won’t want anything with preservative. Vinegary taste throughout your food is not what you want.

I use the KTC garlic and ginger jars but I usually put it into the ice cube maker and freeze them as cubes, gives them a better taste for whatever science reason

I used these when I bought a PSVR2 on Black Friday last year, found after a few sessions I didn't need them and was able to play for longer. I've even started to play Metro Awakening using the sliding movement rather than teleport motion.

I read about taking ginger tablets an hour or so beforehand. I'm not sure if it worked or it was a placebo but I felt I could go for longer. Worth a try.

I agree, the vinegar taste overpowers any flavour in the jars. Try the smoked garlic paste I linked above. It’s off the charts! :)

    Pre-prepared garlic... options?

Yeah, I just use the standard version of the garlic puree and also the ginger puree as well. I gave those jars of garlic a go years a go and the vinegar basically ruins it. The puree tubes have a bit of oil and "stabilisers" in it, but you still get most of the flavour through it. Edit: In fact...

+1 I also have a bag of their ginger in the freezer, these are really good quality imo.

This looks even better. Was worried about diced stuff getting freezer burn tbh. I’m going there later anyway so I’ll get some. Thanks

    Pre-prepared garlic... options?

https://www.sainsburys.co.uk/gol-ui/product/taj-crushed-garlic-400g Also available in ginger. It’s brilliant and have used it for years. Nothing but garlic in the ingredients. The issue with the very lazy stuff is that it’s preserved in vinegar and negatively affects your flavour profile imo.
