And the MB Higher Education prices -

£275 more for the new MacBook 2.4Ghz :( Probably one of the first time people with the original MacBook will be actually glad they'd bought it before the refresh. If only the margin was smaller, a £100 hike would be acceptable but nearly £300 is a bit on the steep side.

Ok, compared to the last MBP the prices have gone up by £300.

IE the 2.6Ghz 200GB 7200RPM version was £1515 all in, this is now £1730 for the 2.8 320Gb 7200 version.

Way out of my price range now and the bottom one hardly constitutes an upgrade.

Guess im waiting for the quads next year *sigh*

They are on the Apple Store, you just have to search for them because they hid them away after not updating for so long.

Unless you mean not up on the HE store, in which case I will excuse myself. ;)
What are the display prices on HE, gents?

p.s. I love using this Skitch someone suggested to me here!!!

P.P.S. Anyone else have "Vote Now" instead of "save" in the button when editting posts with Safari on OS X?

Thanks, £538 seems a bit more reasonable although you could find infinitely better value if you didn't want the Apple logo on them. Such is the way.

HE prices are what the real prices should have been. Bit sickening to see how much cheaper it is available for, elsewhere.

That's pretty impressive, especially for mobile gaming. Don't suppose you have any information on the 9400M? :)
