Bit more of a spread in the times this week! Instead of looking for tenths of a second I'm looking for whole seconds with each improvement.

Just can't get into the 20's. On the next lap I was 4 tenths up on sector 1 then blew the rest of the lap.

I'm not fussed, seems like fun but I'll go with the majority vote.

REALLY challenging track, love it.

Nikaz said anything goes if nothing is specified about upgrades, so works converted is still ok, yes? That's what I've done with mine. If not, I'll just do upgrades and get rid of works converted. Also, I've never used nitrous, is that what you guys are gonna use?

Ok, I'm going back to my crashing into barriers ...

Yeah anything goes. utajoker never stated 'Works Converted'. We'll all be using the Works Conversion anyway as NOS only lasts one lap generally.

Your gears working all right then Merlin? Mine are thrashing straight to redline with no wheelspin.

Mine did do that, but since quitting out and reloading the game it seems OK :confused:

Yep, my gears all seem to be in working order.

1st gear 0-38
2nd gear 38-62
3rd gear 62-80
4th gear 80-102
5th gear 102 upwards
No 6th gear.

Just got this a few times - seems to be a lot less often that with the last car that had this problem, but it does occur from time to time. If you ease of the power and then reapply it seems OK, bit of an annoyance but I can live with it if everyone else can...

It's not just the easing off the gas for me though. I have to come fully off the gas for a split second at every upward gear change & I can't use full power even after easing the gas in, as soon as I apply 100% (90%ish OK) straight to redline thrashing the gear with no physical acceleration.

I've managed a 1:32 something, & that was hard work.

That sounds different to what I have - I just went through 3 full sessions without seeing the problem once, but occasionally I get it, I do have to pull off the throttle completely but it's just for that gear change, the rest are fine.

As there's at least two of us with major issues, I recommend a car change.
Not too dissimilar to utajoker choice;
How about the Nissan 200SX (S14)

I'll go with the majority of course, but it's a shame. If we have picked up this problem in 2 different cars I wonder if the developers are aware of it, quite a major bug, making at least two cars unplayable (for some).

It's not too bad for me, this is my best time so far:
