here's my time for this week.
didn't get any time last week to have a go, far too busy at work and all my spare time is being eaten up by BF bad company 2, which is crazily addictive...
not tried NIKAZ's settings so might have another go, cant get any where near your times at the moment.

Select Quick Race (as usual)
Select Time Attack (as usual)
Press right shoulder button on xbox pad/ 9 on keyboard to access 'Reward Cars' and again to access 'Loaner Cars'.
