I just found an old picture of my 2000 setup when I had to move into a tiny room and had to mount everything together, even has my old CRT still and the whole thing was over 6ft tall

It's all gone now, got a HTPC linked to a 42" Toshiba LCD with a Sony 5.1 all'n'one system.

), but the surround setup downstairs is:

Yamaha DSPAX640SETII av amp - Acoustic Energy Evo 3 for fronts, Evo 1 for the rear and Evo Centre you can probably work out for yourselves

- Rel Q200mkII sub 32" Panny lcd - 2 x pvr 1 x dvdr 1 x vcr (old school!) and a Logitec Harmony 525 remote (fantastic bits of kit, once you've got your head around them!)

For 2 channel, I have a Kenwood HD600 unit (bet none of you can find out what that is), comprising of Amp, CD, tape and tuner, and a Project Debut MKIII speedbox turntable, using the Evo3 and Sub from the above surround setup.

For the pc (upstairs) I use a Sony STRLV500 surround amp connected to Mordaunt Short MS5.2 fronts, Elac Cinema 2 centre, Wharfdale Valdus 100 rears and an Elac 05 sub!

Bedroom has a Denon DM31 system, with an Eltax sub.

All the systems are wired with either QED Qudos Silver Anniversary Bi-Wire, QED Qudos or QED Qudos Micro - interconnects are many and varied, but of similar spec to the speaker cable.

Sennheiser HD580 Precision headphones for when it all gets a bit noisy!

it's xbmc (dhama beta build) with the Aeon skin, running on an acer revo 3610 pc (next to the xbox). I've now changed to the 'alaska revisited' skin, which looks pretty damn sweet as well.

bought a mce remote from the bay for about £15 which came with an ir receiver which i plug into the revo. I actually prefer using my mini wireless keyboard though to be honest! :eek:

Here we go - a pic of the main setup as promised

Hi-Fi stand is on it's way for the 2chn bits, and the aerial cable will be coming in from behind the setup, so I can ditch the loose wires from underneath.

The besterest game is watching Pixar type films - these have a stupidly high lfe - and seeing how long it takes for the pigs on the sub to vibrate off!

Seeing a pic of the system has really shown me I need to dust a bit more :eek:
