Using Apex Launcher at the moment, though I may take a look at Nova launcher at some point.

Being trying different combinations for the margins and grid size etc. on nova and have got things to look a bit better now. Didn't see that there was a width margin for dock icons separately :o So the dock icons are more or less sorted out now.

However, still having problems getting the widgets to look more or less the same as they are on apex, on 4x4 grid the dots of switch pro are more or less are touching the top of the tasks widget, however, if I set the grid to 5x4 grid it looks fine but then snowstorm doesn't look quite right on 5x4 grid no matter what margin settings I try! :p

What margin and grid settings are you using mrk and kona?

Maybe I am just to use to the way it looks on apex (was the same on go as well) and just need to get use to how things sit on nova?

BTW mrk can you link me to this TV favs widget that you're using, can't find it on the market.

It's definitely in the market!

My width margin is set to "none".

Oh that is it!

Thought you said it was called TVFavs widget, which is what I was looking for :o and then those screenshots looked nothing like yours posted before and in the true blood thread! :p

And I presume the height margin is set to none as well then?

Thanks :)

Ah no,

Under Desktop, height margin is "none", width margin is "medium".

Under Dock settings, width margin is set to "none".

Need to buy it to be able to select themes? Might have to because it looks nice :p

Yup :p

It is the best calendar/agenda widget I can find that allows you to switch between the month grid and agenda view within one widget, has quite a lot of features to. Still prefer go calendar widget though :p

What's your notes thing? :p

e: And is there an easy way to do that mockup of the phone + screens or did you photoshop it?

Bosses,

I've re-found the best calendar agenda widget!

I've had this all along as I bought it back in the HTC Desire days but back then it had performance bugs and scrolling wasn't working 100% so uninstalled it....now though it's epic!

(excuse the gif artefacts)

Play Store

It does take some time to config all the options but once you have it tailored to your homescreen it is brilliant.

Tasks free :)

Sounds like we have another one copying mrk's layout then :p :D

I just simply took this image here:

gAc0B.jpg

Cut the centre phone out and pasted it three times onto a layer with a grey background and then took the SS of the homescreens and cut them and pasted them on to the top of the phones over the display resizing them.

I applied a couple of effects to the one s phone though to make it look a bit more like it does in real life/normal lighting, darker and loosing the gloss at the top, iirc it was the multiply effect under layer blending options.

If you have adobe photoshop, I will upload the.psd for you, so it saves you from doing all the above and all you have to do is cut and paste your homescreens on top and then resize to the screen size and apply and edit out any details you don't want to be shown. You can also change the colour of the background to what you want as well etc. :)
