Congratulations.
Be sure to post when you get it. I'll put up pics when mine arrives. I'm seriously considering this:

...although I do want an automatic watch next.
Robert can you send me the link to that strap please?![]()
After a few beers I decided to take the plunge and buy this:

It has the blue hands. First thing I'll be doing when I get it is removing that horrible blue strap and replacing it with something more appropriate, turning the beast into this beauty...

I can't wait!
Where is the best place to get a strap to match the one in the above photo? Something of quite high quality preferably.
I'm not usually a fan of skeleton watches but seeing the transformation made by the different strap really appealed to me. I need a dress watch and this looks the part and is pretty damn good value too.

Hi.
If possible, would you be kind enough to share your opinion on a watch I'm considering?

I've never spent this much money on a watch before so I'd like to make sure it isn't considered crap or hideous to most.
Thanks.
Well, mine is off back to Longines. Although it gets quite a bit or wear the leather strap retainers have worn very badly, one has actually come off!. 5 weeks to wait for Longines to turn it round. Even then they may not replace the strap! Does anyone have a good strap maker they can recommend?
