I use the graphene traverse icons here

And if you use nova, you can enable smaller dock icons (so you don't feel like you need prescription eyes!) Apex can do this too I think

I can't cope with the icons at full size! almost makes me want to run my S3 at 240dpi lol

Yup, using nova. Have set the icon size for app drawer etc. to 85% (also reduces the dock icons size but when using big icons like the stock ones you have to reduce it to like 50% which makes the app drawer etc. look crap then

) and if the icons are too big then small dock mode, looks much better!

Built in home screen folder feature in Nova. Drag an icon into another to create a folder then customise it with a name, folder bacon, gesture etc.
