Pretty Boring - Stock Nexus 
Don't even know if I want to stick Apex or Nova on it!... I quite like it 'Nude'

Don't you have a Nexus 4, not a Galaxy Nexus?
Is there a way to get a folder to open on swipe and launch an app/app drawer on click in nova launcher?

hold down on the folder, edit, then choose swipe to open folder, set tap action as whatever you want.

Weather widget is eye in sky and the battery widget is battery widget reborn.
I used the widget overlay feature in nova launcher to put one on top of the other
