There is nothing wrong with your PC, you are using the wrong resolution.

You need to use 1920 x 1080.

You need to rerun it with "Enable V-Sync" turned off.

Also with the resolution set to 1920 x 1080

Doing the above should result in a higher score.

Could you also post your clockspeeds and specs please.

i7 3930 3.3GHz Hex Core OC @ 4.6GHz
16GB Corsair Vengence Ram
2 x 4GB EVGA GTX 680 (SLI)

The settings are correct now but judging from the result it looks like you have SLI disabled. Perhaps you can check this.
