**NVIDIA DOOR HANGER COMPETITION**

There is some great designs coming up, ive spent around 6-7 hours so far, ill hopefully get it finished by late Friday :)

I know that feeling as so far this week I have poured 4 hours each night into rendering my GTX 780 :(, but the front is now finished so going to take tomorrow off and finish the back Saturday.

Still need a mod to confirm if we can use this in the design as a lot are doing, as it's not in the pack?

Great competition. Could use another week or so though to get more entries in. I wanted to enter myself but have been really busy with work in the lead up to Christmas

Sunk rather a lot of crazy hours into this project, but hope you guys enjoy the (hopefully) final result.

Tonight this has my full attention! :D

Some nice brushes above, where did you find the stock images or did you take them yourself?

Thanks, the Dewar flask is really a quick 3D model and the motherboard in the background is a photo I took, other than that it's all brushes.

Really like that! Cypto!

Think I may have misunderstood this rule:

Boring But Important Rules
You cannot use any 3rd party material in your design, no screen shots, characters from games, movies, books or comics as we will not be able to print anything that infringes copy write law.

I thought we would only be allowed to use the logos provided and not allowed to use images taken from the web / image search as we would not have the owners permission especially if these are going into print.

Edit: Sorry - just read your other post about 3D Model.. and Your own photo.

Very true, Cheers calling that one out ReaperGuy.

That's why after looking for a good dewar flask on google images, found one I liked then attempted to make a rough version of it in 3D. More work but glad I didn't skip over that particular rule and made time for it.

^ Thanks for confirming that valkia, wasn't sure on that one either just went with the flow.

When does this actually end? There aren't a huge amount of entries. Is there any chance the deadline will be extended?

Smoke one I've had sitting in a folder for years now but the light streaks were done with the new "realistic" brushes built into photoshop CS5 - CreativeCloud.

**EXTENSION**

I'm now extending the competition until January which gives people more time to come up with ideas and to get more entries. Please see the OP T&C's for more info
