That's not a cookie, rocky road/chocolate cake.

I really want a large amount of buffalo wings.
Got several buffalo wing sauces, no chicken, can't be bothered to deep fry and no takeaways do it. Other than dominos and they suck.

Pathia curry, kemma naan and onion bahji.

And ocado order in, roll on sat, lots of new Mexican, Korean and Chinese dishes coming up this month.

Even got my hands on some proper blue corn flour amongst others from specialist shops which has been soaked in lime water a vital process missed out in todays age. Also yellow bean and hoisin sauce to try and make pork in yellow bean sauce with cashews.

And yes your pizzas look amazing. Really need to try one.

Can anyone find uk supplier of sprouted flour. Can only see one, but they don't have normal flour.

Blue corn flour? Sounds intriguing...

Thanks for the pizza comment. I need to try my hand again at decent indian/etc food.

Do the crusts of your home-made pizzas go hard or doughy?

That sounds awesome Glaucus.

Crispy on the outside and with a good texture on the inside. This particular pizza was a bit of a rush job as I ran out of my usual batch-made dough. As such, the base was a little bit chewy (I made the dough at about 6pm). Not ideal but still fairly nice.

If your interested, this is the sole supplier I found, wasn't looking for blue per say, just corn that had been soaked in lime water that increases nutrient absorbition.

Masa Harina Create your own authentic Mexican tortillas with Masa Harina. This special type of flour is made from cooked corn kernels that are soaked in lime before they are ground into flour. This special flour is then mixed with water and pressed and shaped into the desired size and thickness before being baked or fried.

One of the great things about Hasa Harina is that it does not contain gluten, which makes it an ideal flour substitute for people who suffer from gluten allergies. Hasa Marina can be used to create a range of Mexican staples such as tamales, tostadas and corn tortillas and has a deliciously light and tangy taste that people of all ages are sure to love. Masa is the Spanish word for flour and it can also be shaped into gorditas or sopes and is also known as maize flour, Maseca and Masa de Harina.

Be using it to make tortillas, then serving them with anything and everything.

Going to make jerk chicken wraps to take to work http://jamaicatravelandculture.com/food_and_drink/jerk_chicken.htm
The two I'll be trying out in the next week are

Then two of the many recipes to try in upcoming weeks/months

Got some canned tomatillos as well. In fact I got two boxes of foreigne ingredients.

Including a kilo of Korean chilli paste

Hmm.. I'm not sure about the meat balls but the curry and jerk chicken look immense :)

By Korean Chilli paste do you mean gochujang? If so, I love the stuff :)

Same :(, I wish I could program as it should be so easy, just no effort goes into them, or if they put some effort in, it's available on just one device. Well I need it on many devices.

I can code but to be honest I'm not sure what would be a good design. Post up a solid design doc sometime and I'll see what I can do :p
