I know it's been mentioned before and it's on the first page of useful links but http://www.mobafire.com/ has improved a lot. Way better than Leaguecraft imho. Just wish they had a way of printing pocket guides, i'm using a screencapture program to capture the builds but if anyone else has other tips - other than memory

I like mobafire to.Would be good if they had a small program that you could toggle on or off and drop any build into it in the bottom of the screen or something similar.

I think I read on the official forums that it was about 66 reports within a fairly short period of time (a month>) would envoke some kind of action. 66!!

Wrong, you failed to notice the rage in the forums about all the bans players are getting without any warnings? Its only now Riot have turned around and said they will email those players with +1 week bans for the reason why.

As for the leaves in ranked, thats mainly from before the report changes, as in the past you could leave a game without anything but a mark on your record and a wait until your old game ended...

Don't forget you can get multiple reports from one game...

They did clarify that the 66 was from 66 games, the actual reports was higher

I'm sure over time though this will be lowered as that seems on the high side, would have thought it would be from about 20-25 games. Saying that some people will just report someone after getting completely owned.

I personally think you should have a counter in pvp to show how many reports against you and how many games that was. This would be updated weeky. At least you'd have an idea then

I suspect it is abused though which is why they need this tribunal up. But I did gain 50ip from the tribunal the other day so I guess something happened on a reported player

20 - 25 games? Psch it should be 2!!!

Im a fair kind of guy, sometimes ISP's have issues are your internet goes down or you have a power cut thats not your fault but should be a rare enough occasion that it doesn't happen twice in a month... Any more than that and they should get out the ban hammer!!!

The grey area for me is n00bs.. I'm ranked 20 and feel I have a pretty firm grasp on the game (having played it a few hundred times now). I'm still a way from ranked games but i know how to play the game, its rare that i will get a negative score (in fact i got a 23-1 as kennen the other day which was nice) so what baffles me is how can people who have also played the game hundreds of times be so retarded!!! If i could vote for feeders / retards i would but that would definitely lead to abuse, and i doubt people can be banned from a game just because they are a moron.

Playing at level 20 and playing at 30 is a world of difference still

Up to 30's I was fine, level 30 it seems to be a much harder experience. I love the game but get far too many average scores lately. Played on the US servers the other day with my level 16 account and owned the field

Good challenge though to improve
