I cant be bothered typing all this again, so this is a shameless rip of my post in the other thread.

Its funny, because people will be expecting the likes of Cannavaro, Zambrotta, Buffon, Toni, ect; to be moving out of Italy. Unlikely.
The only Italians likely to goto teams outside of SeriaA are the ones who have no chance of getting into the national team anyway.
In a funny sort of way, this works out well for Milan. The stars of our current squad said they'd only stay if we stayed in SeriaA, so baring any lieing on their parts, our squad stays how it is. And with the other 3 relegated, we can effectivly rejuvinate our entire squad for a pittance.
The other 3 teams have GOT to sell, and its likely that a lot of the normally expensive players will come down in price a lot, due to other teams taking the micky on transfer costs.
Buffon was interested in going Milan before it all broke out, that looks like a possible move. As does Oddo. So theres our GK & RB troubles sorted. If we can get Cannavaro, he'll be ideal to replace Stam. Zambrotta would be nice as well. Toni would be an ideal replacement for Sheva as well.
It'll be interesting to see what moves Milan makes in the transfer market now...
Kaka's the big one however. If he goes, then Gourcoff will have to start playing first team football strait away unless we can get a replacement who'll do a similar job to Kaka.
I'd like to stick my neck out on this one and say that Kaka wont leave.
But tbh, im not so sure.
On the bright side, at least Gatussos staying.
