oh **** yeah, I have to say these KFA guys have just come out of no where as 'seemingly' very creative nvidia guys. I dont much like the grafiti style writing but damn, if you can afford a 480 then you want one wit ha damn accelero on it. Very nice emote/jealous

Isn't meant to be informative...this is a brand new card in the UK and the GFX section on this forum always appreciates real examples of high end cards when members get them!

I posted before you added the pictures. All you had was: "Just took delivery of an early xmas prezzie this morning!

GJ02, wait it out a few months, you will have plenty of time to enjoy your new card... when the new 6000 series is out and you'v made an informed choice!

That looks like its actually fit for purpose.

With so many mobos having 2 slots instead of one between the pcie lanes, and most not having any other need for add in cards, it makes me wonder why gfx card manufacturers havent gone for more 3 slotters sooner. Its the only way I'd buy a >200W card to run on air.

I'm not trying to sound like a **** but I totally couldnt care less about the ATI 6000 series!!! (from a purchasing point of view)

Lets face it, if at any time you buy the flagship nvidia or ati card its gonna be pretty damn good and should last you for a while before you really NEED to upgrade.

I'm not an nvidia fanboy as I had a 5870 Vapor-x that I sold to part fund this card.

The GTX 480 is the best / fastest single GPU card in the world at the moment, and the KFA2 Anarchy edition deals with the heat and noise issues of the standard design; which were the only down sides of the 480 as far as I'm concerned.

I loved the look of this card..blue PCB, nice beefy cooler and the silver backplate. Plus nvidia do have the edge in driver performance and stability.

If we were all worried about what is coming next tech-wise nobody would ever buy anything...and by all speculative accounts so far the ATI / AMD 6000 series isnt going to be anything groundbreaking!!!

Yea that is true, the gtx 480 is still gona kick butt and you cant go wrong with purchasing it... but when a potential new card is only a few weeks away, its wise to just wait a little more time, to get your money's worth.

The market is dynamic, so we as consumer need to be adaptable. Play the market the way they play us!
