Two options, no more, no less.

- I leave the tea bag in my mug, and drink.

- After it's brewed, I take the tea bag out of my mug, and drink.

Go!

Tl;dr : tea bag in/out when drinking from mug?

Take it out after it has brewed, I find I get nasty taste if I leave it in.

I do however put boiling water in the mug and leave it to heat the mug, then empty it and put the teabag in with just boiled water, to get the strongest out of it.

If I leave it in it's as if there's some nasty stuff that only dissolves after the tea has been in the mug for more than 3 or 4 minutes I normally let it brew for.

Depends on the kind of tea tbh.

With Green tea I will leave it in.

With Normal tea I let it brew for around 3 minutes then take it out.

And yes I also use a tea pot when a few of us want a drink, but I pretty much have a different kind of tea each time tbh.

What kind of disgusting pleb uses teabags? Shame on you all.

This.

I'm pretty sure if you live in a council flat you can get away with using poor people bags.

If you live in a country house with acres of land, swimming pool and wine cellar like myself then you can only use loose leaf tea.
