Tea

Depends on the kind of tea tbh.

With Green tea I will leave it in. With Normal tea I let it brew for around 3 minutes then take it out.

And yes I also use a tea pot when a few of us want a drink, but I pretty much have a different kind of tea each time tbh.

This tbh for bagged tea or in the case of tea leaves such as Heung Peen (Jasmine), Teet Goon Yum, Bo Lei - leave in.

Mug
Tea bag
Hot water
Brew
Remove bag
One sugar

Enjoy

The real question, is do you squeeze the bag after removal?

Other than green tea which I didn't really take a notion to I've pretty much only had black tea with milk and sugar/sweetener. Sometimes I'll take it with just milk if I'm having something sweet with it.

Today though I was at a friends and she gave me sunshine grey - Early Grey with lemon. I had it without milk or sugar, and once it had cooled down to the right temperature it was really, really nice.

It's a different kind of drink than my usual heavily brewed Assam...

I'd recommend anyone who doesn't stray from 'normal' tea to give something like that a shot.

Surely a more pertinent question, and one that I'm sure has been posed before, would be milk in before the water or after?!

I was told that back when porcelain was being made on the cheap, without talcum boiling water would cause it to crack, so by putting the milk in first that stopped it which is why poor people put the milk in first.

No idea if it's true, sounds legit.

Aye, because your threads are usually cover much more urgent issues.

and I bet you put your socks on in a different order to the order you put your legs into your trousers too

Lactose free milk tastes appalling, so I grew to like black tea.

No socks.

This is true.

Milk in first if your are pouring from a pot is OK, but never milk with teabag and add hot water as it stops tea brewing properly.

Lady Grey is where it's at for me tbh.

Also I never put sugar with my tea!
