1.1.4 firmware out now

Has anyone had any success with jailbreakin a 16gig ipod touch on the new 1.1.4 firmware? I've tried the new ziphone release (2.5) and it just gave me the old bsd error thing

Anyone use ZiPhone on OS X when they did it?

Reason I ask is because the majority of people seem to use the Windows version, and the UI looks vastly different; no one seems to have mentioned.

I'm just testing this on a 16GB iPhone using OS X, incase people need a report :)

*Justin, cheers for adding those pictures to the sticky*

No probs mate.

Yeah I used the OS X ZiPhone, works fine.

Yup, would be good to know if it works on a 16GB too.

May I ask what has changed? Is it a jailbreak issue or does it work better now?

It never used to work before because of the baseband version, but now that it can be updated and unlocked it works properly. You used to have to install something else to get it working and every time you restarted your iPhone it would stop working again.

IT WORKS

Restored to 1.1.4 in iTunes

Ran ZiPhone "Do it all"

All up and running, works on Orange and T-Mobile

So what baseband version do you end up with? Must admit, I'm not really following this baseband and bootloader malarky.
