If you google the story it's out there in the press. It happened in Milan apparently, press are calling them 'Roma'. Not sure about the 'can't be prosecuted' bit.
edit: Possibly under the age of criminal responsibility in the country...

If you could hit these feral 12 to 15 year olds with out any consequences these wouldnt stand a chance in real world. They use there age against you when time comes.

West Yorkshire but it like this up and down country not just my area as Tram said. It just over run with feral kids all over picking on any one not just one type of person. They even go up to pregnant women in town centre and verbally abuse and use intimidation. They go for mainly those on there own or elderly who are smaller then them. When there are 6 or 7 in gang even 12 year olds are dangerous even when you can handle your self.

Yup just 2 nights ago in middle of street a murder from a gun not too far from me at only 21:45PM at night which is still fairly light at this time of year. No details why but some say it sounds like rival gang members. As said where i went to school a targeted car crash out side school and about 3 masked men came out with machetes. Didnt kill him but life changing injuries. Some think this and the murder are related.
And we still cant carry self defence *legally*.

I know where you are on about read about it , Everyday i have to travel through my city for work , The amount of balaclava kids walking about where you can see there knifes is becoming more and more of an issue. Thefts and muggings are on the rise and just this morning half of town was shut off because someone was stabbed in the head last night.
Me and the wife no longer go out in the city on an evening and dont even take the kids there anymore we normally drive out to York for an evening out now
It did i can go back 10 years and it was never this bad.
It has got really bad we left a city because it was getting bad, but now it seems it is an epidemic.
We want to have children but there is noway will will have them in the UK. I grew up with some really money motivated kids and they would never do anything like this.
I walk round with a tactical pen for self defense. Anyone tries it I would go straight for the neck. As long as you do not hit him while he is on the ground you should be fine legally.
It has become Insane.

The age of criminal responsibility in Italy is 14. Their parents could be held liable instead, assuming they can be found.
Oh come on, Watford is fine.
I think it should be done here. If your child commits a crime your mother or father goes to prison.
