They already are flaunting the law, not sure why you think they'd suddenly obey a ban on face coverings.

Because as of right now the police really don't have any power to remove face coverings, Where if they were banned they could potentially do something about the little brats and demand they're removed and taken away.
Even seen it yesterday a gang of brats been searched by police but they had no power to tell them to remove the ski masks...its a farce, Police cant even see the faces of the guys they're searching lol.

In one of local shops they put out free coat hangers out in a box i would still get done for taking one. lol

The parents were those children and so were their parents'
You can kind of Time Team it starting to kick off in the mid 1980's and the craze of stealing MG Maestro Turbo's for laps around the council estates.

And you are advised not to threaten or throw condoms at them because many are under the wing of the local dealer.

Local authorities and the police are aware of the problem and are working on solutions, including increased patrols and community engagement. ASB Awareness Week in 2025, which runs from June 30 to July 6, will focus on making communities safer.

Love this and glad he got away with it.

Lol prisons are so overcrowded they're sending them home after only serving a 1/3 of their sentence, they're not going to clog them up with "minor" offences its why people walk into Gregg's and help themselves to the contents and nothing gets done about it and police don't even bother. Reeves's spending revue actually cut police and home office budgets in real terms so this only only going to get worse and not better.
 
Sounds very mild for up North. My mate was beat half to death in Manchester for sitting on a park seat that some kid claimed was his. The kid walked off and came back with a gang.
