Yeah I did actually when my MSI 7850 turned up dead. They refunded me postage and sent out my 7970 with free postage as original order. I've had nothing but perfect service from OCuK. Except when one packer forgot my Haribos ¬_¬ I WANT HIM FIRED! Not really. :D
 
Hello, I am very disappointed, the EVGA X79 FTW motherboard I bought this week with the last order, have one factory seal already previously (who knows why) cutted, below a intact "brand new" transparent intact wrap foil, the cutted EVGA factory seal can be seen below the intact transparent wrap foil, therefore this "new" wrap transparent foil was added (I guess by overclockers UK) to resell this motherboard again as brand new, can you tell me please what I need to do to get a REAL brand new motherboard ? , thank you


Please understand my situation, I have no idea why this motherboard was wrapped again with transparent foil, can be (I guess) a RMA or something else, obviously OverclockersUK cannot replace the EVGA factory seal and only was able to add a new transparent external wrap foil.

Tonschk, have you also posted in the customer support area with your issue? May get suggestions on why the wrap was different here but should get a official response there or, of course, give them a bell :)

Thank you for the help, is difficult for me to accept that OverclockersUK follow this rewrapping procedure to resell RMA products, but is easy to see the EVGA cutted factory seal below the intact transparent external foil, I will take a picture
