**14 DAYS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE!**

Well a while back a bought some furniture, when it was delivered we relised it would not fit up the stairs so they put it back in their truck drove off and charged me £340 for returns.

I know its not the same but I am guessing there is no law saying they must pay :)

ontopic: Awesome OCUK, just gives that little bit more faith.

If you are returning goods due to a breach of contract, such as faulty goods or not as described, then the seller is obliged to pay for the return of goods. Any term saying otherwise is invalid.

So not only is OcUK behind the 7 day DSR, but were going one better and doubling the DSR period here at OcuK to 14 days, nothing but satisfaction guaranteed and proving to all we are serious about becoming the best UK etailor when it comes to customer service and raising the bar in the UK. :)

This is excellent :)

Without meaning to sound patronising, I think you're doing very well at becoming the best.

Whenever I order, it is swiftly sent out, and free shipping for being a Forum member is great considering the money it has saved me. Webnotes and phone calls have always been answered quickly and been useful [as well as the Customer Services Forum].

This is a welcome addition, and will make you stand out for sure

Awesome. Not many retailers actually do more than they are obligated to.

Does this apply to the free Haribo I got with the GTX 680? I prefer Starmix :D

Haha..Kudos!

Excellent move by ocuk, no wonder I always buy from OCUK because of fast next day delivery, great service, great deal offer, and not to forget free shipping too and mostly important 14 days of DSR protection is a bonus too :)

Dosent the law say you have to refund postage costs under DSR ?

It states they have to refund the postage from them to you...not that they have to refund you posting it back.

IF the item is faulty or whatever (so breach of contract) then they have to pay postage both ways.

It is here! :)

Hope you all like the move, just contact us if you need any help at all. - If anyone abuses the system, we will know and the customer will be dealt with appropriately, so it will not spoil it for genuine customers (you)!

I hope you are all liking these changes. :)

Nice move. Hope you're not gonna raise prices to offset any potential losses?

Nah only joking, OCUK has been my etailer of choice for years and will continue to be. Been using a laptop for the last 6 months. I'm getting the itch to build another WC rig :)

Might also be worth while clarifying whether your extended 14 days is 14 working days or not as the standard 7 days under the DSR are 7 working days so depending on weekends and bank holidays could be a lot longer than just 7 days.
