This isn't true, but she may well buy it.
 
Get one of those Electric zapper belly belt things, Overclock it then spend the evening zapping the **** out of her.

I did that once while drunk. Racked it up to level 100 (max) and man does it have a fair kick to it when it goes :o :D
 
Not sure if this would lead to quick weight loss, but as a lifestyle thing if she drives to work, she could try parking somewhere that is maybe a 20-30 minute brisk walk away.
 
Fellas,

The Mrs has been doing slimming stuff for ages now.. and although she has lost half a stone (over about 6-7weeks) shes now getting upset because its stopped.

Now, She eats fairly healthy and goes to the gym 4-5times a week doing a variety of stuff.

Now, Id like to be the all knowing man here (as we all do) and help her (for obvious reasons) shed it fast.

So, for some quick weight loss.. what would you recommend?

Its mainly (her words) around her waist belly legs that need the work.

So, what's your recommendations here? (Serious ones please! :D )

She needs to consume less calories basically, less calories than her maintenance calories, then add some cardio in. Weight will go eventually.

There are different types of cardio she could do mind :p
 
A guy in the army recommended a medically approved rapid weight loss technique to me once.... its highly effective so if she decides to use it then she needs only use it briefly and then stop!


Basically I was told....


Step 1: Stick your finger up your ***
Step 2: Stick said finger in your mouth

Rinse and repeat until you catch Hep B or some other horrible nasty before pooing yourself thin!


Well thats the clean version of what I was told anyway!
 
Make comments like "wow, have your pants shrunk?...are you sure you do excercise at the gym?" every day - she'll soon lose weight. ;):D

Or she might leave you for another fella. :eek:
 
You need to either a. overclock your wife to improve the performance from this generation or b. upgrade your wife, but upgrading now could be costly, wait till the summer once women are a bit needy and desperate.
 
assuming the sun is out, get her mowing the lawn or some DIY jobs around the house. and make sure you're sat as far away from the fridge as possible for when you need her to fetch you a beer. :p
 
Unlock the chain from the kitchen and let her out in the back garden for a bit. Like marc said you could make her mow the lawn whilst out there, I hear they like gardening too...
 
Better getting this moved to the sports arena.

But as said above there is no shortcuts o losing weights, no fad diets, no quick 90 day results that will work. A change of lifestyle is what she is wanting, something that will help her get fit and stay fit.

IMO the best thing she can do is write down a food diary and be 100% honest with it over say the next two weeks without changing her eating habits. This will give her an idea of how many calories she is taking in. (there are many websites that will give you rough calories for each food).

Once she has worked out ~ how many calories she is taking it, she can than work out how many calories she needs to cut out from her current diet and how much healthier she can eat. Replacing things like high G.I carbs with low ones is a great start.

But remember if she is working out, she can still balance the calorie intake depending on how much she is buring at the gym. I.E if her daily rec intake should be 1800 but is buring 300 at the gym she should be looking to take in 17-1800 daily and will see a good amount of fat burn over time. Someone may (hopefully) be able to tell you more exact figures on this.

Exercise wise HIIT is great for burning fat, but she should mix it up - Long runs, rowing, cycling, circuits even some weights.
 
How dare you OP. Your wife is a heavenly blessed beauty, whose beauty is divine and everlasting. She certainly didn't look like she needed to lose any weight when I saw her the other night.
 
She should keep her body guessing. Keep moving meal times around and occasionally skip breakfast.

I once read a really really fat person survived a year on just water and vitamins. Has she tried that?
