If it was me I dont know what i'd do. Personally I dont think that much of myself so I dont think it would bother me so much. At least you have to opportunity to put things right and plan ahead if things do go wrong.

Think of how many die without saying goodbye and putting things in order.

Course you don't know how you're going to react until it happens to you, but I don't think I'd take it very well at all, certainly not with any ferrum mos. I'd probably end up hugely depressed and feeling too sorry for myself to enjoy what was left. I don't think I'd cope as well as TGB seems to have done.
 
"miracles" can happen, or at least partly rub off - I was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer last October and given a few months tops. My last check-up showed the radiotherapy had halted the march and even shrunk the tumours and I have a longer outlook with no immediate time frame :) Looking at hopefully seeing my 1st wedding anniversary in Sept and maybe even Xmas, stranger things have happened so fingers crossed for TGB wherever/whatever he is up to :)

Wow, great news, keep fighting.

I have a mate who was given 6 months tops and he's up to a year now.

im muslim and im really not bothered about what fatrakoon said, what bothers me is the admins.
whats happning with the admins? why havent you done something about this? you pick up every swear word and sort it but you turn a blind eye to this? FACT what rakoon said is a hundred times worse than swearing, so why hasnt it been sorted? i was impressed the way admins picked up on things here so fast, but this has just made me think otherwise.

vonhelmet is the only one who said something about this. nice one mate.

Sometimes they aren't about or reading every single word - its not easy especially for a job you don't get paid for.
There has been loads of stuff in threads that have taken ages to see by mods.
If you don't like it then RTM it.
And yes, I thought it was OTT.

1 - Total Posts: 2,753 (1.39 posts per day) and most of them were done before his perma so his post count now is well below 1 a day.

2 - He got permabanned with a lot of other people including me for doing something we were asked not to do.
