Mate. So sorry to hear about it. Keep fighting and keep hoping and believing. You probably already know it but cherish every second with your daughter and your partner

my partner and myself have split up, i get to see my wee girl once every few days

I have a daughter & a grandson, I Honestly feel your pain.
Get of much of yourself recorded & down on record asap & Enjoy the time you have left as best you can is all i can think to say.

i have to ask...how do you get about having one of these scans? do you have to book it in advance or have symptoms?

you get referred. the fact that your skull feels like it has an alien gowing in it helps
