Long shot, and funny that this thread has popped back to the top, where's the best place to get a driver's side wing mirror shell for one of these? Mine got smashed off this morning :grr:

Is it shared with anything else? Can't tell if it's the same as 2003-ish Civic :(

Might be best to look on InsightCentral for someone breaking a UK car.

You might even be able to get one from the US. It's not a heavy part to ship airmail.

Yeah I'm trying to log back in there but I can't get through the security questions on the forgotten password link. Typical :p

While I'm here, someone asked about steady speed mpg figures. Did these over the same 50 mile stretch on the M1 and M25 I do regularly.
    50mph - 91-92mpg
    60mph - 76mpg
    70mph - 68-69mpg

So my commute which is 60-70mph and usually involves a major accident with stationary traffic on the motorway nets me between 69mpg and 72mpg per tank.

Quick update on the little shoe car as I went to an insight meet up with a rather clean car for once and also crossed 265k. Finally got the new H for the boot badge on along with a fresh rear plate... exciting mods!

    It’s at 272k now!
MOT runs out tomorrow and I still don’t have a windscreen so decides to scratch an itch and buy this, collect it tomorrow. I’ll decide what I end up keeping from then.

The 'sporty' 'hybrid' that isn't sporty and gets crap mileage? I don't think this was a great move in all honesty.

In all honesty I’m likely to take job at JLR with a car within next few months and the price I paid I’m sure I can sell for £500 more.

The future was here and stays here. Honda miles ahead of the rest in this regard.

Brings back memories of the lovely little first gen CRX I had a crush on back in the 80's. I'd be tempted on that basis alone and maybe put up with it's foibles.

Indeed - really like the look of these - shame the Mugen version never made it over here - looked great and had a bit more power

The insights are really really cool cars. After having it for 8 1/2 years/150k miles, could you share ownership costs?

I forget who had the CRZ here with the Mugen kit.

Is that a British Leyland Ambassador or a Princess in the background of the car park?

    NathWraith I believe.

I love the look of the CRZ. Shame they don't do a Civic sized hybrid (I have three dogs).

I love the look of the CRZ but the figures just didn't add up for me. It's a shame they didn't do a proper type r engine version.

Annoying that UK only gets the manual CRZ.
