God that's confusing, not only do you have to worry about 10 place drops but when those drops occurred

Yup....

I'm really struggling here with it - it's not easy at all to understand.

Looking at the times...

Alonso and the McLarens - Heavy
Button - Suspect first to pit of the front runners
Williams - around the same time as Button
Fisichella - shortly after Button adn Williams

Ok, so why aint the german git dropped down 10 places? thats 6 not 10......He's only dropped to 10th? thats a crock! :(

Well done Jensey boy though! Lets hope he has a decent amount of fuel onboard. Those williams are a bit fast though aint they?

I think this is how it goes....

MS drops 10 from 4th to 14th
RS drops to back due to engine change in qually - MS up to 13th
DC drops 10 from 11th to 21st - MS up to 12th
RB drops 10 to 22nd - MS up to 11th

The last move is due to JV but I'm not sure how that one worked out.

He did drop down 10 places - however there was drives in front of him that had engine changed that dropped back as well.

It's not a fair penalty tbh. Something like dropping constructor points for that car could be more appropriate..

Or - engine change? Go to the back. But then you've got the who starts in front of who. The answer - more milage on the engine when it goes pop - go to the front - brand new engine goes pop - go right to the back...

I see Ferrari are running a new front wing - gone is the daft wee flap under the centre section and it's replaced by a full width flap between the nose and the front of the end plates.

Umm - where have u been throughout Bahrain?

Lets take a look now:
