we are now on deep do do, the markets won't like this.

brown must go he is shameful

Why? He has the right to try to form a government if he can (Obviously unlikely). The IFS studied the economic policies of the three parties and found there was very little difference between them over the next parliament. The markets don't like it because of the uncertenty

just woken up to the result,s kind of disappointed, torys should have got more IMO, if lab/lib form a deal, they have 1 point over the torys by themselves, but torys only need those 8 seats from that small party (cant remember the name) and they should have enough, i think....

I have just got up and found out ........

More valium please .......

NHS, education etc will all suffer under the Tories as well. Certainly very few people where I work will ever vote Tory as will almost certainly mean job cuts. Furthermore, most of us are old enough to remember the previous Tory government and how crap that was.

I should imagine that these forums have a relatively young demographic.

Are you and your work collegues really so short sighted to think that there are not going to be job cuts regardless? All three parties are looking to make pretty much the same savings (and none of them have detailed where) so why do you think Labour can make the same savings as the Conservatives but incur less job losses?

I don't like all this talk of Cam having to buy support from the minor parties in Wales and Scotland. The Welsh party doesn't think it gets enough cash from Westminster, maybe they should get busy working rather than asking for handouts from the English!

I work in education, my partner in the NHS and none of us were particularly enamoured with the idea of a Tory government. I am not impressed my Tory rhetoric about 'more power to teachers' BS.
