Question is, does the forum affect how they vote or does the forum attract that kind of voter.

The forum attracts people because they have an interest in PCs and it’s got nothing to do with a person’s politics. If a forum affects how someone votes then there is something wrong with that person. :D

Only 2 hours and 13 minutes left to cast your vote.

Essentially though they're all motorists, probably the group who've been hit the hardest without a hope in hell of their voice being heard.

Their voice is heard, as seen by UKIP motoring policies.

But yes, they are motorists ... something they share in common with a VERY large percentage of the population.

There voice has been ignored by the Government, hence why I think they're all against them.
I was only pointing out that the largest common denominator on that poll is that it must've been almost wholly motorists voting on it, can you think of any other reason why the Tory % is so high on there?:)

Because PH attracts peoples who have gone out and done well for themselves, are often mature and decently educated.

Don't confuse motorists with motoring enthusiasts. The motorist who wants to get from A to B just sells their interesting car and buys something awful due to an irrational road tax obsession...

If the motorist only wanted to get from A to B they would not have bought the fun car.
Besides, unless you drive a Prius or some other horrible thing your tax would have gone up, as has the cost of fuel and so on

A neighbour has said the polling station is very busy this evening, he’s said it’s never usually like this.

I noticed that as well. There were people stood in front of me. I had to wait to vote, rather than just going and crossing my boxes as is the norm. Quite surprising, really.

Was busy just now when I nipped down to vote.

Can't believe people are voting for Cameron to be honest, it's just :(

Ah well :) Roll on the result.

In general chit-chat with my boss today (company director ) he said he was considering staying up tonight for it.

Can't say I'd thought about it but....

When are we expecting the first results in? When do we get a pretty good idea how it's shaping up? And when are we expecting the result?

Anyone here staying up?
