So does wildcard actually mean that the tories were attempting to make labour apply resources to keep the seat and put their effort in elsewhere?
 
If the exit polls are correct, then the Conservatives have five times the number of MPs as the LibDems from an extra 16% of the popular vote. Our voting system is a joke :mad:

I really can't believe that lib Dem score, it cannot be accurate.

Well its pretty much public knowledge that lib dem supporters are spread out all over the country as opposed to heaped into specific areas, the likely story is that the exit polls have just missed many of their voters

I wish all these pie in the sky polls would be banished, please talk facts or don't talk at all

The split between Labour and the Lib dems is far more damning IMO.
