Depends, if it went on talent alone it would be Alan Johnson, but he's a northerner and never went to Oxford so he has little chance.

Didn't David Milliband get into Oxford despite getting really poor A-Levels? I'm talking D's and E's here. How did he manage that?

He got 3 B's and a D, which would have given him the required points, but you can get accepted by Oxford without any qualifications at all if they feel you would be an asset to the college or university.

I am not syaing that David Milliband is in that category, but it's not all dependant on getting 3 A's like everyone believes.
