2012/2013 Player Injuries Discussion/updates

It might be a waste of some of his attacking skills, but Ando could do a similar job vs Real as Jones (if the Brit hasnt recovered) -its also possible that might aleviate a central spot for Rooney rather than wasting him out wide

Like Rooney did I would expect the older he gets the less gung-ho he'll be going into those type of challenges. With no one else capable of doing a man marking job on Ronaldo I expect the second leg to be a lot more open if Jones isn't fit
