2012 NASCAR thread

That's the one I was using earlier, got annoyed on about the 20th stream change and found another, good quality when it was working though :)

Fairly big crash there, hamlin was looking quick when pushed by jr so a bit of a shame, be interesting to see who jr goes with for the last few laps...
 
The rule changes have meant the racing has been really close, but it has been the cause of the accidents so far. Not allowing drivers to communicate when drafting means the car behind has no idea what is happening in front.
 
Imagine what the poor darlings would do if they didn't have radio comms to the spotters and crew chief....
 
Been watching a bit of the Nationwide Series on Motors TV. What the hell happened in that last crash with the guy going under the car in front? Surely thats a bit worrying?

I think just coincidence that the car in front was off the ground when the car behind caught up. Scary for the driver behind, but at least he didn't go fully under and launch the car into the fencing.
 
What a finish, an underdog won and pretty much all the Cup guys got taken out. (Who I think shouldn't be allowed to race in Nationwide/Trucks).
 
Ah dagg namnit. This was going to be my first ever watch of NASCAR. I had no plans this evening, found a good stream and had some beers ready, but the rain has gone and spoilt it!

Hopefully it doesn't run tomorrow as I'm working till late, Tuesday would be better!!
