So looking forward to this if only so I can drool over met's new bike. Even though I am too big for the Street Triple, I am so tempted to buy one next and there's plenty in my price range.

What fireskull said, although the speed triple chassis is supposed to be worse than the street.
People say if the street has the speed engine in it, it would be almost perfect.

How do you think you are 'too big' for the Street?

I will be test riding one as I want to make sure it won't suit me before I write it off but if I get the bike I am 90% sure I'm going to get, then I'll still be happy. It just won't have that sexy engine sound and if I got a Street, I'd have to get aftermarket cans, preferably Arrow by the sounds of them.

I did that when I went to a meet in the peak district last November. It would have been too many miles for poor old me if I'd done them all in one day.

Looking on Google maps, there's a few hotels/inns in Dorchester just down the road.

Dorchester looks a better bet then the Premier Inn.
