I do like it, but then it's all triceps which I'm happy with lol.
Worst bit is the clean as rolling 120kg+ up your body as your laying down just squeezes all air out of you lol
Gonna do it a lot more as I think it will have fantastic carryover for other pressing events.
That's what's annoyed me about the block tbh, I know its not been a strength thing, just a bit of technique that's all
