increased bench by 10kg and managed to correct my form on squats. I used to look at my legs constantly to check when i reached below parrell. Trained with someone new they pointed this out. Managed to hit 2 good reps on my previous pb, without a belt for the first time in ages! so expect to increase squat next time i go for a PB :).
