2013 Powerlifting Totals

In fact, who had the LATEST Wilks? Tom_e's stats are a bit different for the likes of JackCarver and RoahNS, who as far as I know haven't updated in a long time?
 
I thought the whole point of having a 2013 table was for new lifts :confused:

I'll put Chris' on for 2 reasons. 1, it's pretty damned recent, 2 he's not on the 2012 list anyway! Chris, enjoy being number 1!

I thought the whole point of an annual table was to have active members present on the list who wish to have there most recent/within the last year lifts posted up.

If you run with the "only lifts in 2013" principal we may not see the lifts of Ice, Dom, LiE, FF, Morba, Stiv Temi, Reyushin etc on the list for a number of months and well that makes it a bit silly really.
 
Yes but then there's where do you draw the line, at a lift 6 days ago? 6 weeks ago? 6 months ago? So I drew the line at the back end of December.

Look, Djeez, go down the gym tonight. If you're doing deads, stick a couple of extra plates on at the end of your working set and pop out a single at a decent weight. Sure it won't be a pure 1rm test, but at least you'll get your name on the 2013 table if it's that important to you :p

I'm also not going to sit here and decide who the regulars are for the sake of kickstarting the table. It's a table. It's in no rush to get going! :p

Seeing as your counting the back end of last year can you add me please as i did all my lifts as follows in december:

(damn that bench, nearly had 100 again but not quite!)

oh and happy to be added to the life time best table as well, but as follows

Happy with the lifetime one being in there - gives me something to aim for. After this last cycle of 5/3/1, I'll try and do some current PBs at my bodyweight at the end of the month. That'll be interesting!

As of last two days except from the deadlift which was a few weeks ago.

Aim it to lose this fat and sit at 66kg :)

EDIT: Also I've managed 70kgx2 for OHP (strict) and log for 80kg for log press

All updated, took your Bench off Delvis but it's okay - I'm at the bottom with only one lift this year :p Was going to add my 115 working set squats and 125kg working set deads but thought I'll wait til I do a PB test.
