No, I will look into that, I don't think i am strong enough to be able to do any chinups to be quite honest. Maybe narrow grip for a few but that would be it.

Maybe also learn how to do hanging raises? Great core exercise and works the grip really hard, start by just bringing you're knees up then eventually you will be able to do stiff legged ones and by that time you're grip should be quite strong.

Front squat 130x3
Snatch 70kg (was more a power snatch given I lack in the ability to get under the bar or explode it over my head lol)

You'll he surprised how quickly you will improve doing pull ups, you'll soon get the numbers up. As suggested though, try some neutral grips as well as they tend to be a bit easier

Thx for that, will certainly start working in more grip involved exercises.

Boom knew it was there:)

tried a rep max on bench for the sake of it.100kg, it did go up, but training partner did put his finger on it, he swore he didn't help but I'm not counting it as I swear he did. Think I was out of steam, that and I had done a pretty big bench session yesterday didn't help.

Back to 5/3/1 on Monday, so won't be updating this for a good few months.

The more active members in SA wanted a more appropriate/recent/relivant totals table. There was plenty of oppurtunity to discuss the matter as a thread was made for that sole purpose.

Nothing has been lost in this table, just improvements, and additions.
 
Yes please. Log press is currently 112.5kg, that will go up soon though I'm sure as starting ortmeyer for overhead again soon so hoping to hit 120 quite quickly as going to try and sort my push press technique out!
 
May as well add these which I done on Saturday :)

Log press 80kg
OHP 75kg
Push press 80kg+

Done 85kg on the log before around September time but my form was terrible back then. Hoping to hit 100kg by September this year :D can get 95 up to my chest at the moment just need to work on my pressing technique.
