2013 Powerlifting Totals

Bodyweight 190lb

Just started back recently, so far -
Bench: 75
Squat: 100
Deadlift: 110

Personal bests -
Bench: 110
Squat: 150
Deadlift: 160

Then my OHP is nowhere near 110. I've strict pressed a 100kg log, I couldn't do that on a bar though.

Wimp, you call yourself a heavyweight :D

Out of interest morbs how does log compare to bar then? ive never done a log but i can clean press 110 on a bar. Im assuming the 95Kg log in march should be no bother then?

It takes a little getting used to, it puts you in a bent backwards state to have it in your power line, then the press is more triceps than delts.
You need to try a log really, get on sugden or ask the organiser where your nearest place would be to try it then go hammer it for a few weeks.
Some people find it easy, others harder :D

And yeah, my pressing has been bad for years due to my left forearm. Trying to make up for it now though :D

Ah, didn't see I need a video to get it on the leader board! I don't have a gym partner so can't see that happening, guess it's time to get posting! :)

Just stick it on the floor BroB9 :)

Also update:

Delvis ------------- 60+ / 110 / 150 -------------- [82] ------ 320

Managed 5x5x60kg, so can't moan, that also equals my best from last year prior to injury, so hopefully it will go up this year.

Do you not have a floor in you gym?? I prop my camera up using weights on one of those reebok step things :)

Bench - 65kg + (reps)
Squat - 105kg + (reps)
Dead-lift - 135kg + (reps)

Body-weight - 75kg

Going to be hitting the training hard again soonish as I've almost hit my target weight (sick to death of dieting & lacking energy, so looking forward to exercising on a surplus).
