2013 Powerlifting Totals

  • Table updated
  • Reorganized the Alternative Lifts table to group similar lifts together
  • Added Clean and Jerk to Alternative Lift table
  • Added Hikari Kisugi - sorry I missed you bro!

Ultra, Morba may well OHP that but he's not done the lift this year!

Yeah i've done 110kg axle the other day. time for that to go up though :D
Starting ortmeyer for overhead and am basing it on 125kg for log and same for axle. Once i can sort my legs out and get my push press working properly I'll have to rethink those as they will be easy to do.

Update for me, squatted 170 for reps with a belt last night, for speedy reps. 131kg this morning.

Hi,
Love the totals and plan on joining in...
Just a suggestion...but any chance a column can be added to the totals indicating percentage of bodyweight lifted either per lift or for the total?

A different stick for some of the littler guys to measure themselves against, rather than trying to compete with some of the big boys lifts.

A lot of work for the OP to do.

Agree it could be a pain in the arse unless its done in a spreadsheet, in which case its a 2 min job.

Its just when i check the 2012 totals and see lifts like this for example...

DarkShadow -------- 110+ / 190 / 220 -------- [70] ---- 520

Dead lifting more than 3 x bodyweight, squatting more than 2.5 x bodyweight and pressing more than 1.5 x bodyweight is awesome unless he's only 4 foot tall! :D

He would be in the top five if the table was done by bodyweight.

Not suggesting the table should be re-ordered cause the big lifters have earned it but lifts like above example are outstanding imo when you think of bodyweight.

And that is where the Wilks table comes in.

If you look through this forum, DarkShadow is acknowledged as doing something quite extraordinary.
