And yes I don't really know any other long term lifters on here bar morba , I know you've been lifting a long time so maybe I do look up to you even in an unfair comparison :p
 
Should probably update this, main difference is 8kg lost in weight. Im sure at some point ill get round to testing my actual 1RMs

Blitzed the 187.5 tonight! Tried a 190 last week. Would have done it but for my right arm, had to drop the left down to try and lift even to stop the weights falling off. I think 190 would have been in the bag tonight if I had attempted it :-(

Not bad for 100% natural forever
 
Tested my squat a week or two ago and tested my deadlifts again a couple days ago. Really need to up my game on my bench :p

Deadlift needs more work. 230kg went up but slipped out my hands, chalk it up next time and should get it.
 
Did my first competition a couple of weeks ago and managed a pb on deadlifts. I really need to improve my bench as it hasn't moved in over 6 months ... so ****ed off.

170 / 230 / 230 - Bodyweight same. Total weight = 630

Deadlift and Squat now identical, bench staying similar, been busy with work recently so slacked slightly.

Hit the 190kg tonight. I would have had it on first attempt but my spot lifted when it hung. Second attempt was smooth lift, attempt at 192.5 hung about 8" off my chest... yes i could do it *roar*

Benching and squatting going good atm, did 228 x 2 with the 3rd rep a fail... think the 240 is in sight!

Getting back to my peak. Bench was only for 2 reps, squats were 3x8, so I reckon a good 160 for squats hidden away.
