***2015 Powerlifting Total Thread***

Struggling with flexibility at the mo but hit 190kg sumo deadlift last night, hoping for 200kg before Feb next year.

Hasn't been the best year for bench due to some shoulder niggles, started benching wider (i know more stress on the shoulder) but feeling a bit more stable at the bottom.

Hi Guys,

Weight up to 110kg

Deadlift up to 235kg and squat was last at 220KG but been having knee issues so haven't PB squat for a while.
