Hit 137.5kg squat and 152.5kg deadlift today. Up to 71.7kg bodyweight since it's off season.

Hit 290.7 on deadlift today... Worst form ever but got it. Would have had a video but got last 2secs of the weight just sitting there as person videoing didn't know they pressed it
 
Where the hell did the .7 come? Cockroach sit on the bar or something?

Lol the cuffs on the bar... Anything on the bar is included in the lift, same way a .25 .5 is added why not the .7

Probably my last update for the year. Haven't trained legs in a month, but may decide to do a 1RM just so I can overtake Tom_E :p

After hardly training this year I've decided to start again after being persuaded by my brother to do a first timers comp in 2016. Tried some conservative maxes to base my training off.

125 / 180(B) / 220(B) @ 95

Pretty much as I expected. Plan is to get bodyweight up to 105ish and nail a 600 total in 2016.
