Lol... that passion only gets you so far. See what happened to his Sheffield United side in season two once they'd been found out.

He doesn't want to work with a DoF it seems, like to do his own transfers, and his network is clearly really quite small hence SUFC buying terrible players after their first season and largely overpaying in the process.

What seemed like an amazing club atmosphere in his first season turned into one of the worst one the EPL the next year.

Passion was a reference to the Lampard interview, they only said the word 1 million times.
